We get it - last minute events happen!

Whilst our system won't let you place a booking online (with less than one days notice) we can still help.

If you need equipment quickly please call 0449 819 840. 

The process is simple: select your equipment, rental dates, and times. You can do this without making payment.

Once your order request comes through we'll review the request on our end and send you an order confirmation email. 

You'll then be emailed an invoice, which must be paid, and a rental contract, which must be signed before your rental commences. For first time customers we'll also ask you for two forms of ID (this is a one off request). 

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the return of the equipment, provided that the equipment is returned in the same condition as when rented (fair wear and tear excepted).

We sure do. The more days you rent, the cheaper the daily rate. Select your rental period and watch the daily rate reduce. 

It is strongly advised to ensure any equipment you hire is covered by your insurance policy for the entire duration of your hire. For the majority of our equipment, we don't require proof of insurance. If, however, you are renting a Category A Item (if this applies, it will be noted in the description of the item) you'll be required to provide evidence of the insurance prior to the rental commencement date.

Any batteries you hire will arrive completely charged and ready for your upcoming shoot!

It sure is! All equipment is tested and tagged in accordance with Australian/New Zealand safety standard AS/NZS 3760.

By default data storage is not included in your rental. We do however offer a range of affordable storage options to rent.

You’ll have the option to either have your items delivered and collected or pick them up and return them yourself. Please note that the pickup and return location is in Michelago, 20 minutes outside the ACT.

For orders above $250, the delivery and collection fee is be waived.

While we primarily serve the Canberra market, we can post equipment if the renter covers the associated costs.
